TAKE LESSONS

I teach private lessons for all ages in classical piano, jazz piano, electronic music, composition, and theory. Students with any experience level are welcome!

I'm available to come to you, but I also teach out of my home studio in southeast Austin if you prefer. My rate is $80/hour; 30 minute, 45 minute, and hour lessons are all available.

I thoroughly enjoy teaching and watching my students discover things about music for the first time. I strive to tailor my teaching style to each individual student, and take a student-led explorative approach whenever possible. I love to find the music that excites the student the most and use that as a vehicle to teach them. I expect all my regular students to put their full effort into practice and lessons, but I believe learning music should be fun, rewarding, and exciting! Above all I want my studio to be a supportive and welcoming environment.
